Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Many products, but not all, include free standard shipping in Canada. 

Expedited Shipping:  Please contact us via our website PRIOR TO ORDERING if you require expedited shipping (this will require an extra cost, depending on the shipping option you choose). 

Estimated Delivery Times*: Standard Shipping is usually within less than 2 weeks *Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as location and carrier delays. 

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship exclusively within Canada. 

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or certain rural areas. If your shipping address falls into one of these categories, please contact us for alternative arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information. If you believe your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us through the contact form on our website.
