Important: To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order by the email form on our website along with your order number, proof of purchase and a photograph of the product issue.

Products must remain unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a replacement or store credit at our discretion and if there is evidence that the product has been used or if the claim is made after the 24-hour window.
